Warehouse person

The Warehouse Person is responsible for receiving and storing parts and supplies and supporting the parts area by maintaining the parts inventory. It's an critical position in a fast paced environment. You will have a feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day.

  • All phases of the inventory process and flow, including inventory cycle counting
  • Shipping, receiving, picking and stocking of parts and materials
  • Receive and verify order quantities on shipments
  • Prepare order shipments, deliveries and customer will-call using computer software systems
  • Maintain shipping & receiving records
  • Pick parts orders for the front counter sales
  • Stock parts shelves and assist customers as needed
  • Maintain professional image and positive attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures
  • Perform all duties and activities in a safe manner and report any safety issues immediately to supervisor
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with capability to multi-task


  • At least one-year experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift training Certification (or ability to be certified)

Computer Skills:                                                            

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be able to perform basic data entry accurately. 


  • Outstanding communication skills a must, written and oral. 
  • History of working with a group or team a plus.
