•In partnership with department managers, ensure all departments are staffed within the budgeted PPD - Nursing, Dietary, Housekeeping, Administration, etc.
•Utilization of API/Active Staffer time and attendance and scheduling systems.
•Tracking absenteeism and tardies.
•Recruitment and on-boarding of new hires.

1.Requires 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
2.At least three (3) years of broad recruitment and staffing experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
3.Requires basic management and leadership skills in order to function independently with little or no supervision.
4.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a variety of individuals and the site leadership.
