Job Summary:

  • Pursuing a Culinary Arts degree preferred.
  • Oversee the daily culinary operation of the park, which includes the commissary and food locations throughout the park.
  • Responsible for supervising employees. Support employees throughout the park. Ensure food quality, presentation, recipes, portion control, and manage food waste.
