The Elder Homestead in Minnetonka is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant CNA/HHA to join our team. We have a Full time position available (as well as part time positions in addition if full time is not what you are seeking!)
The primary role of the Home Health Aide is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care, activities of daily living, incidental homemaking and personal care in accordance with established agency nursing care procedures as directed by supervisors. The Home Health Aide reports any noted changes in the resident as they are noted.

Have successfully completed a 75-hour training course and competency evaluation
Be eighteen (18) years of age
Have demonstrated sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick
Process the ability to read, write and carry out directions
Must be able to pass background study, TB test and drug test
Experience in an Assisted Living Facility or Memory Care Unit strongly preferred
Ability to prioritize duties
Customer service oriented
