Job Summary Join a mission-driven team in the Health Regulation Division and contribute to protecting, maintaining and improving the health of all Minnesotans. The Evaluation Supervisor will plan, organize, direct policies, procedures and activities related to evaluation of state licensed health care providers. This will include supervising a group of evaluators responsible for the evaluation of state regulated providers, facilities, practitioners, and technicians. These evaluators perform inspections or surveys of a facility or provider to determine compliance with state licensing standards. This position assesses the evaluations and documentation of findings completed by the evaluators. The supervisor is also responsible to identify program needs and recommend short and long-range goals to management in addition to implementing program quality initiatives to assure effective and efficient processes. This position is based in the St. Paul office location and is eligible for telework with o ccasional travel to survey locations expected. Reimbursement for authorized business travel expenses is provided according to bargaining unit guidelines.
