Job Summary Elevate your career in public health as an Assisted Living Engineering Supervisor with the Health Regulation Division (HRD), where your impact reaches across all Minnesotans. In this role, you will supervise and lead the Assisted Living Engineering staff as they perform construction document reviews, inspections, and surveys to ensure the assisted living facilities comply with physical environment requirements defined in state law and rules. The Assisted Living team serves facilities located throughout the state of Minnesota with 50% of work time spent onsite at designated facilities. When not onsite, remaining follow-up work is performed by teleworking from your home office. Travel reimbursement is provided according to bargaining unit guidelines. P osition location will be determined by the top candidate and will be based out one of the following MDH district office locations: St. Paul, St. Cloud, Duluth, Rochester, Marshall, Bemidji, Fergus Falls. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Four (4) years of experience with plan reviews, inspections, surveys, or the rules, regulations and codes involving the design and construction of buildings.
