The right candidate must be a problem-solver, have strong communication skills, and also be willing and ready to learn. Description: At Wells we design, produce, and erect precast buildings, and we are hiring production laborers to join our team! Our production laborers are committed to producing high quality concrete products, with a focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time opportunity with a growing company that offers great benefits. Wells is willing to train any successful candidates with structured, step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.
