Job Summary Candidates may be eligible for hiring bonus up to $10,000! **This posting will be used to fill multiple full-time or part-time, rotating or night shift vacancies** The Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Alexandria has an opening for a talented Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. Operated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the CBHH is a small inpatient psychiatric facility that provides rapid assessment and stabilization for adults experiencing an acute mental health episode. As the Licensed Practical Nurse you will perform nursing duties in caring for adults with acute to chronic and severe mental illness, including keeping clinical charts and reports on the emotional and physical status of patients. Facilitate the admission of patients to the unit; take temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure readings; administer and record prescribed medication. Promote and participate in rehabilitation activities and encourage patient personal hygiene. Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and comply with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, and policies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
**Future Practical Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-LPN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-LPN. Preferred Qualifications
