This position provides multi-disciplinary data analytics expertise to the Metro District Leadership Team and the Operations Division leaders. The incumbent will create resource planning data reports and dashboards to inform and support business decisions in human resources, financial and overall strategic resource planning, and implementation activities. The incumbent will analyze and interpret data/results, draw conclusions, and consult with agency, division, and district leadership and teams about how to best utilize results to inform, develop and track finance, HR and resource planning goals and objectives. The incumbent will work with agency, division, district staff, and consultants to imagine and implement metrics and analytics to inform data-driven solutions for current and future business and resource plans.  There is an option to telework part-time.
