Population/Service Area Info: Service area covers approximately 12,000; Affiliated Clinic located 12 miles from hospital & home
Medical Staff: Currently 8 Family Practice/Medicine Physicians, 2 Surgeons, 1 PA-C, and a variety of outreach and specialty practitioners. Call 1:8. Weekend ER coverage is optional.
Other: This facility is known for a progressive approach and non-traditional models of care. Nationally recognized nursing home. Administrator/CEO awarded top executive of the year.
