Job Title: Clinical/Counseling Psychology
Salary: Depends on Qualifications
Job Type: Probationary
Location: Winona, Minnesota
This is a full-time position in Clinical/Counseling Psychology to teach undergraduate courses in the Psychology curriculum. Other customary faculty duties such as supervision of student research, academic advising, and active participation in department activities is expected.
Minimum Qualifications:
***A Ph.D. in Psychology (ABD may be considered) by date of hire
***Ability to effectively and enthusiastically teach Counseling and Clinical Psychology as well as Abnormal Psychology from an evidence-based, scientific perspective
***Ability to effectively coordinate relationships between students and community partners in the conduct of the undergraduate Psychology Internship Program
***A demonstrated commitment to quality undergraduate education
***Record of an ongoing active commitment to conducting research
***Ability and willingness to supervise student research
***Ability to perform student advising and work cooperatively with other Psychology faculty
Preferred Qualifications:
***Ability to teach the Psychological Testing and Measurement course
***Ability to teach other courses in the Psychology curriculum within the candidate's area of expertise
***Past teaching experience at the undergraduate level
***Knowledge and interest in diverse cultures and populations
