Facility Description: Community focused, rural medical center offers rehabilitation services in a variety of patient care settings. This medical center includes a critical access hospital plus attached clinic, satellite clinics, skilled nursing, and senior living.
City Description: Located in North Central Minnesota, this community is considered a 'gateway' to the north woods. You will find prairielands, woodlands, bike trails, championship golf courses, and lakes. Minnesota recreation all year round plus a quality of life you won't find in a metro area.
Position Description: Staff level Occupational Therapist ideally will be able to address patient care needs in a combination inpatient and outpatient setting. You will see patients in all age categories. This is a primary care full scope medical practice environment. Experience with splinting and an interest in the pediatric population a huge plus!
Schedule: Full-Time (or part-time also negotiable), M - F caseload average 5-6 hours/day; from 7-13 patients on average. Coverage 1 in every 8-9 weekends.

Required: Current certification with NBCOT as a Registered Occupational Therapist, or eligible to sit for exam. Current licensure as Occupational Therapist in MN. Current MN driver's license.
