The Recruiting Department with Medi-Sota, Inc. & the Rural Health Alliance is a not-for-profit organization that assists with recruiting efforts on behalf of hospitals, clinics, and skilled nursing facilities located in over 35 communities in Greater MN.

We help you locate an opportunity within our service region - to include West / Southwest Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota. We assist you through the entire search process and help you connect with employers in our region.


We specialize in placing: Nurses, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Technicians/Technologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Radiology/Imaging Techs, and HIM professionals.

In addition, we recruit Providers interested in Family Medicine to include: Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
