We have been transporting school students for over 40 years. There are several school bus operations serving multiple school districts in Illinois and one school bus operation serving various school districts in Minnesota.

In Minnesota, Septran focuses on the daily transportation of students with special needs to and from schools or programs and students in open enrollment attending the school of their choice.

Septran is a family owned and oriented business with employees from all backgrounds and cultures. Uniforms are not required since appropriate casual dress is allowed. We offer a competitive wage with potential to earn more through bonuses and incentives. We provide paid, thorough, safety and driving instructions and training to those individuals we employ to transport students. Many of our current school bus drivers have been with out company for 20 or more years. Our employment requirements are based on 3 criteria:

• Attitude

During the split shift day the morning routes require drivers and aids to be available from 6AM to 10AM and afternoon routes require drivers and aids to be available from 1PM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. The number of hours worked per day average between 4 and 6 hours with the total number of driving days during the school year of 172 days.
