Description: The function of this role is to create business requirements for a software development project. The position responsibilities are to create an assigned set of business requirements to meet the needs of the contract for this system, manage the requirements process for those assigned requirements, interface with technical staff members, and perform rudimentary quality assurance activities, if needed. A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT organization is required. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are needed. The ability to work aggressively within tight deadlines is necessary.
