Control Products is seeking a talented Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer to join their Operations Group. This position requires a 4-year degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years experience providing direct production support within a electronics assembly environment. The candidate must be proficient in the use of 3D CAD software; Solidworks preferred.
This position provides direct support to our production assembly processes and production Associates. The position also supports the design, sales, and customer service groups, at our Le Sueur and Suzhou China facilities. Responsibilities include labor quoting of new products or designs, time studies of existing processes, defining/improving current production processes, designing custom fixtures for use in production, and recommending production equipment
