| Description: |
| Responsible for all Quality Assurance training and execution in the specific region.
* Responsible for appropriately fixing damages caused by Installers through investigations, accountability determination, coordination of contractors, and performing manual repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
* Spot-check installations via telephone and physical visitations to ascertain the quality of installation work being performed by the Satellite TV Installer / Technicians in the region
* Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance guidelines and setting of relating policies and procedures in an effort to ensure 100% customer/client satisfaction
* Uses check lists and reporting formats to advise management
* Responsible for keeping installers up to date on latest products and applications to achieve high quality installations
* Responsible for monitoring and reporting to the management team any safety or performance issues regarding all installations
* Responsible for providing weekly/monthly reports to regional and senior management
* Ensures county, state and federal safety compliance for the region
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED; and two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver***s license with a clean driving record is required. A background check and drug test will be preformed as part of pre-employment.
Skills & Qualifications
* Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization
* Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
* Basic computer skills in MSWord and Excel is preferred
* Must be able to obtain an elevated understanding of processes, procedures and responsibilities of satellite systems installation |
