Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law enforcement/security or equivalent plus five years of recent retail work experience and/or formal training in security, law enforcement or closely related field. Must also have loss prevention/investigative skills, demonstrated ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations and the ability to interact well with a very diverse population in a human services setting. Strong conflict resolution and supervisory/management skills. proven experience in training others regarding safety / security. Competent with personal computers (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficient in the English language (written and verbal); multilingual skills a plus. Ability to produce clear, concise, confidential written reports for all incidents. Work schedule to include days, evenings and weekends. |
