Regional Management Associate Requisition ID 2049 Full/Part Time Location Minneapolis, MN Description Regional Field Office: Twin Cities Region (RFO 380) Position Title: Regional Management Associate (RMA) Reports to Title: Managing Partner Positions that Report to this Position (if applicable): 2-3 Financial Representatives; potential for more Location of Position: Minneapolis, MN Responsible for working with new Financial Representatives (Years 1 – 3) by serving as a mentor, coach, manager and field trainer. This position will conduct joint field work appointments and on-going development sessions to help new FRs build skills in the areas of activity management, case analysis, business planning and production management. Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities • Conduct joint field work calls with new Financial Representatives to critique and improve their sales skills and use of the Thrivent Advisory Process. • Assist new Financial Representatives in developing a strategic business plan for increasing their productivity • Conduct weekly development/feedback sessions with new Financial Representatives • Establish and monitor weekly activity goals of new Financial Representatives • Build capacity in a designated area (market or geographic) as designated by management • Assist in other projects or initiatives as needed Position Qualifications · Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65) · Acquire and maintain equal or higher state insurance or securities licenses (resident and non-resident) as assigned new financial representatives · Previous selling or management experience preferred · Previous experience in coaching representatives in sales practices · Models, coaches and reinforces the Thrivent Advisory Process · Ability and willingness to travel to conduct position responsibilities Competencies · Communicates in an authentic and straightforward manner · Models effective teamwork · Holds self accountable and follows through on promises and commitments · Provides honest, effective and timely feedback and coaching · Builds and manages high-performing teams · Inspires people to develop to their full potential · Keeps people focused on results and execution · Effectively manages change To apply, click on the web site URL provided above.
