External Description:
Primacy Home Loans is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our
Minneapolis office as a Loan Processor. This person must possess solid
organizational and time management skills, and be knowledgeable in Agency
guidelines. Knowledge of FHA, VA, Corporate Relocation and Nationwide lending
helpful, but not required.
As a Loan Processor, the primary responsibilities will include:
1. Processing and pre-underwriting loans from pre-approval to final submission
to underwriting
2. Review approval conditions for accuracy and structure loans according to
policy requirements and credit quality
3. Assist in training support staff as needed
4. Excellent communication skills required to develop a strong working
relationship with others.
5. Stay current with Investor guidelines and changes
6. Assist in resolving post closing issues and quality control audits
7. Other duties as assigned
This qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
(GED). A minimum of 3 years mortgage experience is required. The ability to work
independently, prioritize tasks and multi-task is a must. Must have strong
team-oriented skills and a hands-on approach to the job. Strong analytical
skills are necessary.
