Human Resource Challenges - Getting Employees to ReadPosted by Administrator
Your Company Manuals
Employees must read the manuals of the company and they
must understand the procedures, rules and information
contained in them. If someone gets hurt on the job, gets
sexually harassed or gets fired or terminated then there
are sometimes huge legal problems. Many human
resource directors and personnel managers realize that much
of the conflict can easily be resolved as soon as everyone
knows the rules. Unfortunately, just because you write down
the rules does not mean everyone will read them.
To find out how to get your employees to read your company
manuals, visit:

Do You Really Need a Different Resume for Each Job?Posted by Administrator
You’ve probably heard that employers expect to see an exact
match to their skills on your resume, and that you should be
tailoring your resume to each job. But, you might think—if I
do that, I'll be writing forever!
Of course, there’s a point to customizing your resume to
meet the needs of employers. A resume in today’s competitive
market must deliver a clear message in order to be
effective. However, this doesn't mean that every resume you
send must be a completely different version.
